If you are a researcher, please start by reviewing the FAQs and SPTE pages. Much of the information you need will be contained inside the Dashboard. When you are ready, please proceed to register and login through the menu in the upper right. You will have to confirm your .edu email address. You will then have access to the dashboard to create SPTEs.
